I tend to work with interactive and somatic methods in dance and performance to explore how these can act as a bridge for people to participate and discover themselves in an open, permissive and inclusive way.

A somatic understanding of the body, place and object acts as a carrier of information for the body to move from and informs the situation that the audience or participant enters. In this way, the movement and interaction comes from within and carries a vibrancy that allows the dance or interaction to become interpersonal.
